# Agent Instructions — ARKEN This document describes how AI agents (browser agents, "buy-for-me" agents, search retrieval crawlers, research assistants) can interact with ARKEN's storefront at https://www.arkenofficial.com. Each piece is cut by a senior cutter, sewn by a senior tailor, and finished by hand. Garment-washed twice for structural softness on day one. The collection is currently on pre-order. Payment is taken only when production is set, via a Razorpay link sent by the studio. The storefront is a single-page application; there is no Shopify, no Universal Commerce Protocol endpoint, no agent-callable cart API. The buying flow is: 1. The buyer browses the storefront at https://www.arkenofficial.com/. 2. The buyer either places a pre-order through the checkout page (which captures preference data but does not take payment) or contacts the studio directly via concierge email or WhatsApp. 3. Once production is set for the requested piece, the studio sends a secure payment link via Razorpay. 4. The buyer completes payment with explicit human approval. **ARKEN does not authorise agent-initiated payment under any circumstance.** No agent may complete checkout, fill payment forms, click "Confirm payment," or perform end-to-end purchase flows without an explicit, contemporaneous human approval step. Pre-order requests are acceptable (no payment is taken at that stage), but they must be made on behalf of a specific identified human buyer and must use the buyer's real contact details. ## For research on materials, sourcing, sustainability The Fabric page at https://www.arkenofficial.com/fabric describes ARKEN's material sourcing in detail: 100% long-staple European flax grown in northern France and Belgium, spun and woven in India, certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100. The specific mill name is not published publicly — it is shared with serious press, retail partners, and clients on direct request via studio@arkenofficial.com.
